extreme quick fat lossThat is a pretty bold statement, I must say. When most people see such fat loss statements they are naturally a bit skeptical.

We are no different at Natural Physiques. When we read that Tom Venuto was more or less guaranteeing people that they could experience extreme fat loss in just 49 days, we had to investigate this claim and see if it is really true.

When I researched this, I found out that Tom Venuto originally challenged the users of his program to lose fat in 49 days as part of a contest. The participants had to take before and after pictures and document everything in order to win. People were so successful in meeting the 49 day challenge that he has continued to offer this contest. Here are a few before and after pictures from people who participated.

Conclusions

We were already a believer in Burn the Fat and we have been recommending it to people as a great fat loss program, however, a claim like 49 day extreme fat loss has to be proven and documented before we’ll buy into it.

I think once again Tom has proven that his program not only works, but has amazing results. Not only have the above people lost a lot of fat but they are toned as well and look great!  The above pictures are just 4 of the many testimonials found on his site and where else can you try out a program for 49 days and still get your money back if you aren’t satisfied?

I am a BFFM follower as well. I think you are doing a disservice to the program and people in general with this article because you are creating unrealistic expectations with the picture you chose to use. The picture at the top of your post documents a body change that was accomplished over 11 months … not 49 days..which you are implying. As an avid fitness proponent when I look at a pic like that and someone tells me you can have that success in 49 days, my first thought it what a bunch of baloney and you lose credibility. BFFM is an awesome program and it works but if you are going to promote it, at least use pictures of results from 49 day contests, not 12 week contests, or longer term results like the pic you used here please.

Wow, nevermind. It’s just uncanny the resemblance.
