Not only did Likness lose 65 pounds through aerobic exercise, strength training, and improved nutritional habits, but he also changed his attitude and developed life goals. His newfound love for exercise and healthiness made Jeremy realize his mission to provide others with the same personal fulfillment. In 2001, he earned certifications in Personal Training and Performance Nutrition, and has used that knowledge to establish himself as a respected On-Line Personal Trainer.
Aside from maintaining and developing his Personal Training business, Jeremy Likness is focused on raising his young daughter and teenaged son. He is ecstatic that his newfound energy enables him to keep up and bond with his family. He has also found time for fitness-related writing. He is published on several major websites, and recently released his book, “Lose Fat, Not Faith: A Transformation Guide” which has already sold in over a dozen countries worldwide.
