I should begin more days like today ...

It really was a fun routine.

I woke up and did the morning exercises we always do with my wife. Then, I had an apple, an orange, a few dates, and a glass of sparkling mineral water with a squeeze of lime. Answered a few e-mails, designed a few programs, then did my routine - currently at:

230 Hindu squats
23 Hindu push-ups
1:20 seconds bridge

The first two felt great, however, I have a bit of a "tweak" in my right shoulder that I'll have to monitor for a bit ... not sure what's going on there, but I noticed it in the morning, and didn't have much problem with it training - I think I slept on it wrong. My wife also pointed out that often I wake up with my head twisted in a funky position - not the best thing for my spine! So I'll be working on my sleep posture.

After the workout, I soaked in the hot tub and meditated for about 15 minutes, then had a more solid breakfast of buffalo sausage, eggs, and one slice of sprouted grain toast.

The book is nearing 100 pages and I received my quote from the editor.

I must admit, there are quite a few projects I have considered, and now is an important time to make a decision because I can't do them all at once. Namely ...

* Final editing of Lose Fat, Not Faith for consideration of print publication ... that is moving forward and should have an updated version in about 3 weeks, and then I'll be ready to consider grabbing an ISBN and making a print version available

* New packaging for 5-CD set ... still awaiting a quote

* New Q&A book ... nearly 200 questions, 100 pages so far. I received a quote from an editor because this one I wish to take directly to print

* Coaching with Corey Rudl - he is definitely one of the top coaches for those interested in having web-based businesses. In fact, I have no doubt he would carry my business to the next level. I have received nothing but gains from my investments in various mentors - Jeffrey Combs, Mike Litman, Joe Vitale, etc, so I have no fear of investing in the package Corey is offering. However, this is one of those decisions of whether I open myself to allowing my business to take on a possibly new direction, or I focus on the existing projects. Going forward with this opportunity may mean delaying the 5-CD set and the new book, or making it another e-Book for now

Ah, decisions, decisions. Life would be dull without them!

Anyone have a suggestion for the title of my new book? E-mail me and if I pick yours, I'll send you a signed copy.

Blessed be,

Jeremy Likness
