I'm leaving on da next plane ...

Good morning!

I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to make this post, as I'm traveling today ... I have a client in Iowa who I am flying out to train with. However, our flight out has been delayed an hour and Tampa Airport has complimentary wireless, so here we are ...

I'm continuing to receive very positive feedback about the "10 Fat Mistakes CD" ... I apprecaite all of you who have taken the time to write or call and share your thoughts. Because I remember getting ice cream, cookies, and Big Gulps at 7-Eleven as a teenager, I find it very ironic that they now carry a sports nutrition line.

Well, it's about time to catch my plane, so until next time ...

Blessed be,
