Where have I been?

Once again, I must apologize for not being consistent with this blog. However, I assure you, it is for a good reason.

I made a commitment when I came back from my seminar to focus on my business and on producing, not just doing the motions. So far, the past week and a half have been just that - action leading to results. I'm excited to see the possibilities. This reminds me of my time doing the 12-week challenges when I started my fitness journey ... the first few weeks are tough, because you are establishing new habits and learning how the journey will take place. The last few weeks, however, are when everything starts to come together and really coalesce.

So, what have I been up to?

I've been calling a lot of people interested in home-based business opportunities. I have several ways that I create connections. Obviously, my main site is something people use to learn about me, my company, and what we have to offer. In addition, we have cards that we pass out or leave at public bulletin boards that direct people to a short presentation - 1-888-284-9344 is the number, if you care to take a listen. I love this method because it is literally rejection-free. If someone isn't interested, they toss the card or hang up on the phone. If they listen to the entire presentation and are intrigued, they can leave a message and then I follow up to answer their questions.

There is still a huge stigma about selling. With a home-based business, there really is no place to convince. Understand we do sell — we sell products, we sell freedom through the business opportunity. But it is not our place to convince. What I do is simply ask questions to learn about the person interested, direct them to more information, and then find out what their decision is. It's as simple as that. Some will, some won't, and that's the way it is!

I also found I had a large number of CDs and DVDs stacked up at my home office, so I sent an offer to my list stating that on a first-come, first-serve basis, customers could request a title and I would ship it to them at no cost. Within seconds of hitting send, I had about twenty e-mails. What a response! I ended up going through about 300 e-mails with people interested. It took time but was also a rewarding experience because I felt more connected with many of my subscribers. Most were willing to share a bit about themselves and how they found our company, and what they were looking to receive. That is important information!

Last night, we labeled and packed all of the initial "wave" of mail-outs. There will be several more to do. It is time-consuming (normally, I have a fulfillment company package and ship these for me) but again, very rewarding because it creates a stronger connection than the Internet otherwise can create. I still have an abundance of DVDs releated to our paraben-free skin care line, so those interested can navigate to my site using the links to the right and contact me!

My mentor and the person who introduced me to the power of building leveraged, passive income, Ian King, has built a new site to introduce this site to people in the physical preparation industry. Ironically, people who succeed at this business are from all walks ... I know a lawyer who passed the bar exam but decided instead of going into law, he would "try out" network marketing, and is now one of the top income earners in the company along with a former carpet installer. However, there is certainly a synergy with personal training and coaching that this can create which many trainers simply don't tap into. I see so many trainers struggling because they are focused on earned income — trading time for dollars — rather than creating leverage, such as this one. Part of the issue is with deserve. People are so uptight about money in this day and age, that they have difficulty receiving it because they don't even trust themselves! It's like being compensated for a good or service automatically makes someone selfish and greedy and suddenly the product is no longer quality because it's been recommended by the person making the money. I used to have this mentality too ... it's the same mentality that kept me broke. Thank goodness for keeping an open mind and being able to move beyond that limiting mindset!

The new site is available at Physical Preparation International — if you stop in and would like for me to be your personal mentor, do mention my name in the referral box!

My weekly podcast is going to rest for awhile. Unfortunately, this is just not leveraged or wisely invested time for me. The calls were building momentum late last year, but now I cannot get a single person to announce themselves on the line. That's okay, because I haven't exactly promoted it well. However, I decided it would serve more people to record interviews/topics in the studio and get them out higher quality than to do it on the phone. Due to the costs for bandwidth of serving the MP3s, having a site, etc, I'm considering either cutting them all to CD and making that available for the cost of shipping or some other, more cost-effective route. I'll be using that time and pin to do presentations about the home-based business instead, and update the site to be more of an archive right now. Once I start doing live seminars, I'll be posted that info to the page.

I continue to edit my Lose Fat, Not Faith e-Book, and will take it to print later this year. My project with the Q&A is on hold for now ... my survey revealed that not many people are interested in that and I got almost zero feedback from the free preview. That's okay, because there is a lot of interest in a print version of the book. The new Lose Fat, Not Faith 5-CD Audio Set is being reviewed by a company that presents products to major shopping networks. That by itself or packaged with the print book will be something we will submit for consideration ... I'm excited about the opportunity to reach this larger audience!

My first graduates have completed the Dime-a-Day Learning System and I've received feedback like, "I find it much easier to absorb a little information each day instead of a great deal at one time ... I enjoyed all three of your dime-a-day courses. Hopefully you will do more courses this way," and "I very much enjoyed the Vitamin eCourse. I learned several things that I did not know before. Each day's topic was nicely presented and easy to understand." For less than $10 US to learn very specific info about vitamins, nutrition, and training, I'd say this is a course more people deserve to take!

I am happy that our forums are gaining momentum as well. Several people are posting their questions and sharing their progress. The forums had slowed a bit and are now starting to pick up. I know that as the web presence grows, this community will grow. I don't want it to grow too quickly, because I'd prefer to see quality people exchanging quality information than a huge mass of bickering and fighting.

Since the seminar, of course, there was the holiday weekend. We had a great time. There was a gathering at my grandmother's house and we spent the night because my parents were in town from Florida. We got to have breakfast with them and see them on their way. My wife was out showing homes most of the day, and then on Sunday we returned to attend church and then have dinner at my aunt and uncle's house. So much family! We had a great time. He is Risen!

Okay, it's time to get on the phone with some interested parties. Our electrician is also stopping by to do a few projects. So, we'll talk!

Blessed be,

Jeremy Likness

Vanity and time

Okay, those are two things on my mind today.

Time ... I have created an interesting situation for my life. I decided after this past weekend that I would shift from focusing on action/activity to really focusing on results. This has already produced for me and it has been perhaps the most successful week since I started my free enterprise over a year ago.

However, I have become SO focused on results that I was actually sacrificing some of my routine. While my wife and I do some stretches and light exercises first thing every morning and begin the day in prayer, I was doing walking, lifting, and other more advanced training. I have not carved out that space in time to do so this week, and therefore have not trained as vigorously as I was. Furthermore, my nutrition is going down the chute. I'm not eating bad foods - that's nearly impossible in this household (although I did indulge in some chocolate that was brought home for the coming Easter holiday) ... instead, I'm skipping meals and instead just grabbing a handful of nuts and cheeses. My calories and weight have actually dropped, but not really my intention.

What I learned really quickly is that I could easily fall into an old pattern where I focus 110% on one area of my life and let the other cave in. It's not going to happen this time. I am aware and I am making adjustments. It was interesting to observe. I know that success will not come from overdoing it - getting too wrapped up in the process - but instead from the balance. I will keep all aspects moving forward, including nutrition and training. The irony is that I know this will in the end create more productivity because with proper nutrition and training, I always have more energy.

So now the vanity aspect. This is actually quite interesting. I love doing body weight exercises for the strength and endurance aspects. I enjoyed the Matt Furey programs - Hindu squats, etc. However, when I switched to resistance training last week, that was also very fulfilling. My conundrum is that I am having trouble really deciding what in my heart I am truly passionate about. I feel on one level that I really like using bodyweight and focusing on strength and flexibility. On the other hand, I know that might be a cop-out excuse to avoid the discipline necessary to get down into my garage gym and carve out an hour to train with weights. However, when I really look at the weights, the reason I enjoy them is muscles. So then I wonder, am I doing it for the health reasons, or am I just getting excited about building bigger biceps? Is my desire to let go of weight training a weak excuse because I really know I should be sticking with the weights but it requires more focus/effort, or is the reason I'm second-guessing giving up training with weights simply because in some vain region of my mind, I'm worried about losing my muscle mass?

I'm convinced that for health, strength and flexibility are key over mass. However, I'm not saying mass is bad - you can achieve both strength and flexibility with resistance training. However, it is just so interesting to see the tug-of-war in my mind that goes between wanting to stick with a body weight regimen versus doing another weight training regimen. It's odd because I know I must decide and get something going and create that time and balance, but I'm just stuck on whether I put together something involving more bridges, handstand push-ups, Hindu squats, etc, or if I get back in and feel the cold metal and pump some major iron.

I'll have to figure it out soon, because the electrical work being done on our house will be wrapped up tomorrow, leaving no more excuses not to get down and train if that is the route I choose (as opposed to staying here on the hardwood floors of our master bedroom doing bodyweight exercises while looking out over the valley). It will be interesting to decide.

I will get back into equilibrium with my nutrition. I know that high protein is simply not for me. I get sick of high protein quickly and my body calls out for vegetables and fruit. I'll probably do something along the lines of a high fiber shake with berries/frozen fruit mixed in, large salad and then more of the meats / etc for dinner. I'm really eating more instinctively these days - listening to what I crave (i.e. fats/protein/carbs) and eating only when I am hungry, rather than when it is time. It is an interesting experience.

As fate would have it, I am not going to Chicago for the TV taping. There were many factors involved. However, as an interesting turn of fate, a major television network contacted me earlier to schedule time for me to chat with the creative director to consider an appearance on their show. It will be interesting to learn more and understand what they hope to receive and how they found Natural Physiques.

My network marketing business has really kicked into high gear. I was bringing on about one person per month and this week, I have already had two ready to join with more decisions to collect on Friday. My new goal is to bring on board 2 - 4 new associates each week and reach a leadership bonus level by our September convention. What I love about this industry is that this will not be a "me" goal - I won't accomplish it on my own - but a team goal. The only way I will reach this level is if people on my team are also getting promoted and increasing their income. It is truly a win-win situation and I know two people on my team with goals of leaving the corporate world this year. I look forward to making that dream a reality for them, as I have for me.

Tomorrow will be a nice evening. My parents are in town, so we are having dinner with most of the family members over at my grandparents' house. I love visiting with my parents. My father doesn't know it, but I have a surprise for him. He had some hip surgery earlier this year and has healed and recovered well. My mother has been a loyal user of our multivitamin for quite some time now, and my father just recently began taking a few of them each day (nowhere near a day's supply) but isn't ready to commit. I'm going to give him a month's supply of our top of the line pack, which is the multivitamin, calcium, and grapeseed extract products all combined with AM/PM packs. This way, he can take his own for a month to see the difference it will make in his health himself.

I look forward to the coming weekend. I feel like I have awakened and am in a new chapter of my own life. How fitting to celebrate Christ risen and the hope and the great gift. What a year this will be.

Now it's time to cuddle with my daughter as she falls asleep and spend some time with my wife. I plan to have a very productive day tomorrow and Saturday, and then take a full day of blessed rest on Sunday.

Blessed be,

Jeremy Likness

Weekend of Freedom

Wow.

It's been almost a week since I last posted. Where do I begin?

We started our day on Wednesday of last week in a bit of chaos. We got the children to school, but the dogs posed more of a challenge. They were wild with excitement and all over the place. My wife had an opportunity to list some property at the last moment, and decided to combine dropping the dogs off at the kennel with visiting her prospect. As the universe has an uncanny way of doing, events conspired to bring us to the right place at the right time and we arrived at my grandparents' house about 10 minutes before we needed to head to the airport.

I can't say the flight was uneventful, because although we simply flew to Denver, transferred, and finished the flight into LA, I was reading a book called, "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" by T. Harv Ecker, and that was QUITE eventful.

We arrived at the airport and were transported to our hotel. Because we were a day early and my business platinum card with American Express gives us quite a few benefits, we decided to stay the first day at a hotel in Beverly Hills and take our vacation. The Park Hyatt is beautiful and we went with the expectation that we would receive a free upgrade. It turns out they were busy and booked, and did not have the next higher level available - so they gave us a complimentary upgrade to an execute suite. I enjoyed viewing the hills and city from the 14th floor.

We had a relaxing time. We went to a local restauarant called Frida's and had a great dinner - mine was chicken stuffed with spinach and asiago cheese and my wife enjoyed a shrimp ceviche. We relaxed and the next morning, after exercising at the gym (it was very well-equipped), went to Rodeo Drive to do some shopping. We both received clothes. My wife deserves a watch in a blue box but we ran out of time, which is fine because again there is a reason for everything.

We transferred to the hotel for the seminar and immediately connected with the hosts (Jeffrey Combs, Erica Combs, Dean Mitzel - GoldenMastermind). My team member, Ed Orlowski, was there. We wanted to finish some shopping and went to pick up a watch and new shoes for me, then enjoyed a cocktail party at the hotel to meet the other 128 participants.

The first day set the stage. We woke up early and exercised. There were some very powerful speakers - Jeffrey Combs started the day, then we heard from Artemis Limpert, Ellie Drake, Frederic Lehrman, David Martin, and more. We connected at many levels. Jeffrey announced my own progress since the last seminar and I spoke about my 5-CD set. I was hired by a couple that are near and dear to our heart (Doreen and I spent the better part of the weekend getting to know them better) and had a few others mention they would consider bringing me on board as their health coach.

That evening, we went back to Beverly Hills for a party hosted for our group by a hollywood producer. It was a gorgeous neighborhood and we met some great people there.

The final day was by far the most powerful. We met and listened to Stephen Simon, who has produced movies like Smoky and the Bandit, Somewhere in Time, What Dreams May Come, and even Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. He had a very powerful story to share about money not buying happiness and that what's in the heart is what we should all follow. He almost lost everything several times, moving into a period of lack greater than many I know who are "comfortable" in their life experience, and yet each time came back not from luck or magic, but because he was following his heart and never gave up.

Then, we had an activity that tested our trust with each other. The details don't matter much because those who understand, understand, and those who don't, won't until it's the right time. I connected with someone I had met that day to accomplish this goal, and my wife was uncertain. I knew this was a KEY moment for Doreen, because sometimes she lets fear get in the way. Why fear? Not fear of failing, but sometimes she doesn't allow herself to deserve how wonderful she really is ... she doesn't allow herself to shine. I knew I could not make this decision for her, so I let her decide. She chose to not fear and we did the activity together - it was a powerful, powerful moment that will change our lives forever.

After this period, we were all exhausted and had a break. We returned to the hotel room to find her cell phone lit with messages. It turns out several real estate deals she had set into motion (remember the chaos the day we left) all culminated and resulted in closings ... it was an exciting moment. She just received her license so this was her first, true moment in free enterprise receiving what her value is on the free market. We cheered, laughed, cried, and she told me how she will pick up her bracelet in the blue box at the store when we fly into Chicago.

The flight back was relaxed. We were in another state of being, and did not notice any resistance, chaos, waiting, or nervous tension in the airport or on the way home. We simply relaxed and let the universe flow. We closed our eyes and gave thanks to God.

Of course, returning home was a highlight. I haven't seen my parents in months and my dad was there to pick us up. We drove to my grandparents' house and there was my daughter with a huge grin and the deepest, widest, bluest eyes I can imagine ... I was simply lost in her love for me. I handed her the little box that read Anthropologie on the outside. She just grinned and ripped it open to find the soft stuffed horse that we picked up for her on Rodeo Drive.

We had a lovely dinner at an Italian restaurant and returned home.

Yesterday was a new day for me. It was not a day of dread (I have to do this, or that, or the other.) It was not a day of chaos, of worry, of scheduling. I probably had more e-mails sitting in my inbox than I've had since I left corporate America, and it did not intimidate me. I knew that business is really about people and connections, but this weekend really solidified it for me. I realized that tasks, e-mails, to-do lists, all of these are not things that have to get done - they are opportunities to connect and grow. I had a great day and look forward to creating more abundance the next day and the next and the next.

I happened across an e-mail from someone I've known for years, and realized I was finally in a position to pursue my ultimate vision, and that is to be able to give out of my abundance. So I started the week not with receiving, but with giving, to a good friend's cause. I believe everyone should give out of their heart, not out of obligation and especially not out of the need to be considered a person who gives. If you feel compelled to give or feel connected with the cause for a solution to MS, then you can give by clicking on the link.

Blessed be,

The Road to LA ...

LA, here we come!

This morning, I woke and realized my heart was pounding. I am very excited about this trip! I will be connecting with other entrepreneurs that I haven't seen in months, and who shared a powerful experience in our first Breakthroughs to Success workshop so many months ago ... Doreen had a similar experience, but with a different group of people, so we'll all get to finally meet each other. There will be great speakers at the event, I'll get to visit with my team member Ed Orlowski and Doreen and I will have some time tonight to relax. We booked a nice hotel and decided to just kick back today, as the seminar officially kicks off tomorrow.

I peeped in my daughter's bedroom when I headed downstairs, and she was up looking at the huge icicles outside of our window. We've been dumped on with over a foot of snow. If I didn't have so much to do before flying out, I would have hit the slopes yesterday, but it didn't work out. I told her I was going to the hot tub, and her eyes lit up and she exclaimed, "Me too!" So we started off in the hot tub ... always fun to be in the 104 degree water when it is 20 degrees outside! After that, I helped my wife finalize packing and we sat down to a delicious breakfast - buffalo sausage, free range eggs, whole wheat toast and all-natural peanut butter.

The dogs were a little rowdy when we were loading them to take them to board them. My wife suddenly had several listings and offers come up, so she was going to drop the dogs off and then meet one of her clients. The dogs, of course, misbehaved, getting snow all over and one jumped into the backseat, and when we shouted for him to get out, got nervous and let loose. So, we were cleaning up a bit and then she was off on her way.

She just did the paperwork for a deal and is on her way back. We will drive into Rapid City to visit with my grandparents and leave our truck there ... we jokingly refer to it as "extended airport parking." For as long as I can remember, since I was a little child, my grandfather has been happy to drive family to and from the airport. Hmmm, I wonder if Grandma baked any cookies?

I packed my laptop with my "Secrests of the Millionaire Mindset" to read on the plane. I also loaded it with DVDs about the paraben-free skin care line that I have (if you are interested, just contact me and I'll be happy to send one out to you) as well as one about the business opportunity. I also loaded it with our newspapers, so that I can share them with people in the airports and on the plane as we fly out. I'm always excited to share the information and find those who will benefit from the products and/or business opportunity.

We had a great team call last night - I had a team member call in from Australia, one from Canada, and others from around the U.S. We are excited as this is an important week for our mentor, and are helping him out. Everyone is fired up. I created a little friendly competition and I believe the rewards were well-received ... so we'll see what kind of action and activity will take place as the result of that.

My contact is off in the mail to the company that is considering the 5-CD set for distribution over a television network. They have the final product and reviewing that, so I'm excited to see what transpires. I also began the process to take my Lose Fat, Not Faith e-Book set to print, and am receiving quotes and considering the logistics.

I have taken on a few new coaching clients and am excited to see what change we can inspire in their lives. One is already fairly lean and wants to trim off that last bit of fat, so we created a 4 week program to get him there. The others are in various states of fitness and looking to take things to the next level.

I began my affiliate outsourcing this month and am very happy with the results so far. They send me weekly reports and I know exactly who was approached, who considered joining, who joined, who is active, etc. I'm not sure how well-received the contest was, but we'll know the first week of April when we "draw" the affiliate sites. I also spend some time late the other night writing the code to make it very easy to syndicate article content. I have been inundated with requests to republish content, so I made it easy to click on a link and then cut & paste some code to have any article syndicated. I hope others find it a useful and valuable tool.

Now, my focus will be shifting towards ... NOTHING! It is time to relax for a day, and then jump into the Breakthroughs seminar. This is a VERY powerful process and whenever I attend an event hosted by Jeffrey Combs, I come back transformed. Because I am ready to take my network marketing business to the next level, I will be hiring Jeff for a few sessions, then decide if I want to continue with him or go into John DiLemme's extensive program. John's program I know gets results, and it a long program (many months) - the investment may seem high to some, but I know it's just that: an investment, and I would see many returns on it. So perhaps my coaching with Jeffrey will build extra income to invest in John's program and the two will synergize what I accomplish in 2005! We'll see.

That's it for now .. time for some more coffee, to load up the bags, and head out to LA.

I'll keep you posted when I can.

Blessed be,

Jeremy Likness

And then there was snow ...

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

After several days of the temperature rising to 60 degrees, then falling abruptly to snow through the evening, then rising again to thaw and melt, our city had turned into a large swamp. Then, one day, the temperature dropped ... and stayed that way. It went as low as 12 degrees and we were dumped on with well over a foot of snow. Go figure! We were amazed coming home from a dinner to see cars sliding sideways on the road, then to wake up the next day with the ground completely covered.

Of course, these are the hills ... the weather can be silly like that.

I may just carve out some time to hit the slopes tomorrow ... a perfect end to the ski season before jetting over to sunny L.A.

Not much to report ... been very busy. Decided that I really don't like the low carb plan at all (yes, there is a reason I coach lifestyle and not dieting). Now that I'm back to more natural plan (granola, fruit, etc are back on the menu) I'm not losing as quickly but enjoying life more. I guess if I were still competing or as fascinated by ultra low body fat as many people seem to be, then I would stick with it ... but I'm just not so excited. I'd rather get there doing what I enjoy and feel healthier with - going low carb and getting irritable is definitely not for me.

Having said that, I am LOVING the new training. I had done bodyweight exercises for quite some time, so moving back to heavy lifting is refreshing. Of course, my arms were toast today when I had to go out and shovel the snow.

Okay, well, I have quite a bit to do before I head out of town in a few days, so I wanted to be faithful to my diary and post a bit. I just had a phenomenal interview with Jon Benson, author of Fit Over 40 and am now on the Mastermind call with some other entrepreneurs around the country ... so I'll sign off now.

Blessed be,

Jeremy Likness

I'm Still Here!

How is it going?

I'm doing great, thanks for asking.

It's been a busy week.

I managed to launch my newsletter. As I was editing it, I realized that this was a very special edition ... my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY ISSUE! How cool is that? I thought ... "Neat." So I decided to go the "extra mile" and give the newsletter a long-overdue overhaul. Eventually, I will hire a graphics design person for this, but for now, I focused on function and flow. I made it cleaner, easier to navigate, and less busy. I'm happy with the result and already received positive feedback. If you haven't read this e-Zine, then visit it here.

I also launched the outsourcing of my affiliate program, and am watching that slowly ramp up to see how it goes. It will take some time as they learn my business and who to target to create win-win situations, but I'm confident we'll get there.

Now I have two other areas to target. I would like to spend more time writing articles than finding articles to publish, so I will be hiring someone to manage the articles and e-Zine soon. They will operate as an independent contractor and will be paid per article to find quality articles, get permission to republish them, find out if there are any tie-ins to other areas of the site and/or products, then integrate the article into the site. They will also pick the best articles in the various categories to publish as exclusives for the e-Zine. The second area is someone to call subscribers, visitors, and clients. I made it a goal to not only respond to every e-mail, but also to call every customer who is kind enough to leave a number. I had no clue how many people would do so! I have about 200 phone calls to make and the list is growing ... so this will be a great asset. I think it's important to connect and learn what people are seeking and how we can better assist them, and to receive feedback. I also like to thank everyone who purchases a product and don't want to slip on that ... so I have some phone calls set to make tomorrow!

This coming week will be a bit of transformation and relaxation. My wife and I are both flying to seminar while my parents come up to stay at the house with the children and pets. Our first day will be a little bit "on the town" as they say. We booked a very nice suite at a hotel in LA and some special "transporation service" to this from the airport. The hotel has a complimentary Mercedes Benz we can borrow to take to Rodeo Drive where I can look for a new watch, since my Movado is now missing. My wife deserves something in a blue box. We have really worked hard - we focus on the positive in life, so most people are not aware of the challenges we've faced, because it would not serve a purpose focusing on those (you get what you expect). So, we've continue to focus on the positive and have moved through those challenges. We are far from the goals we set for ourselves, but also recognize when we've put in the effort and it is time to reward ourselves with some rest and relaxation. That will be Wednesday.

Thursday begins the three day seminar that changes lives. I cannot wait. It will be with a group of entrepreneurs from around the country who have had the courage to do what others call risky or different. They had the courage to give up the illusion of freedom when people are really only a few paychecks away from broke, and instead take on the awesome responsibility for getting paid what the free market will bear based on their personal value. It can be stressful and unpredictable, but it is also true freedom ... to go where you want, do what you what, with who you want. Some people shy away from that concept - they have issues weighing themselves down and feel they don't deserve it or people who pursue this are greedy and selfish. What they don't realize is that many of those people have dreams bigger than who they are, and their aspirations are not to sit on a pile of gold and drink from a silver goblet, but instead of create massive projects to change the world. I think of the donations we make to the Children's Hunger Fund which has received MILLIONS of dollars just from the network marketing company I am a part of, and how that has changed their lives. I can't imagine how much more of a difference I will be able to make as I grow in abundance and follow Jim Rohn's philosophy of prosperity - not greed or wealth, but producing more than what we need so that we can give out of our abundance.

I have certain dreams and goals that I do not publish because I know sometimes our ego can become mixed in our charitable notions ... it is often too tempting to brag, "I did this and this" and suddenly the action loses its magic because it was no longer a gift from the heart, but was simply an action to collect merits or badges to wear and masquerade. Unfortunately, sometimes being anonymous is more than others can handle, so they make assumptions and attack based on their lack of understanding or out of ignorance. That is unfortunate, what is fortunate is that when one truly believes in God, then there is no need for the pride of being right or proving someone else right or wrong or sharing some of those smaller deeds ... there is only being and doing and knowing that judgement will one day come.

I can say this. When I first ventured out into free enterprise with insecurity, I attracted and got what I expected. I expected people to be jealous, and received many threats from those who were jealous. I expected people to dislike me, and I received those comments. I was defensive and as the result seemed desperate and on the attack.

This second time that I did this, I committed to a point of no return because my vision became larger than me. I focused on the dream ... to quote the president of my network marketing company,

"I dream of a world free from pain and suffering. I dream of a world free from disease. The ... family will be the healthiest family on earth. Share my vision. Love life and live it to its fullest in happiness and health."

Click Here to learn more about Dr. Wentz and his incredible vision.

How can I not be inspired every time I read that? That is powerful, and it is larger than life. He could have retired long ago, he could have hoarded his money, but he writes personal donations for hundreds of thousands of dollars that change lives — in fact, he is building a hospital in Africa in a community that could save hundreds, even thousands of lives. Now that is a powerful force for change that can only be accomplished through success ... and this is why I am able to move consistently towards my dream of success, because I know of the things I can do. I can stop dreaming about making a difference, and get out there and do it.

I am very excited and inspired tonight. I feel that 2005 is the year that the most phenomenal changes in my life will occur. I feel a season of change right now. Beyond the relaxation and the short period of "vacation" we experience this coming weekend, the seminar will be a powerful connection and then beyond that, projects and dreams and goals will manifest.

Sometimes people are offended when I send out offers to my list, like my personal coach, mentor, and friend Mike Litman's awesome offer that his brother told me about today. Some simply unsubscribe, but a few find it necessary to write and tell me how it is a cheap scam and berate me for stuffing their inbox with worthless "spam." What they don't realize is that for every person who writes to share that, there are five more who approach these opportunities with an open mind and receive them ... and then write me weeks later to say, "Thank you for opening my eyes ... that product created incredible change in my life and now I am more focused and my vision is more clear than ever."

Of course, it's easy to listen to motivational CDs or read books and get excited about change. It's quite another thing to take action and do something about it. For example, for every 10 or 20 people that I share my incredible business opportunity with, many simply aren't interested, which is fine. It's not for everyone. But even more really want to change, but are too scared. Society has paralyzed them into non-action. They are so buried in their comfort zone that the thought of doing something different makes them recoil in horror ... even though they may realize that for things to change, what they are doing and who they are must also change. Then, there are the one or two who are ready, willing, and have an open mind. To see their lives change when they experience the freedom - how $100 that you earn on your own feels more valuable than $1000 earned for pay working for someone else's vision - now THAT is worth 19 people who are indifferent, not looking, scared, or sometimes even downright belligerent.

I'm not sharing this to recruit you onto my team. I'm sharing it to shake you up, get those gears turning, flip the hourglass in your head so you can see possibilities. Maybe you have a passion for art, but never felt you could make it. Maybe deep in your heart, you deserve to be a singer but suppress your beautiful voice. Perhaps you love computers and have a high-paying computer job but in the back of your mind always dreamed that you could start your own software firm.

There can't be a ship with only captains. Ten people may dream the same dream, but nine of those will say, "I don't have what it takes" or "That can't happen for me" or "I can't." They then turn to the one who did and say, "Lucky."

Few realize the truth is that all ten have the same potential, the same skills, the same qualities and talents that can be developed. But that one? Call them lucky if you like. That's fine. They don't mind, because they know the truth. It's not luck. It's HEART. That person had the heart to say ... "I may not have what it takes, but I can develop or find it." ... or ... "It might not happen for me at first, but I'll keep trying until it does ... " ... or, simply ... "I can."

I can.

I started with that thought. I can.

Then, it took some time, some faith, and a lot of heart to make it into ...

I will.

I will.

I can. I will.

I am.

Maybe our government has it right, with their slogan to pull willing recruits into serving the country: be ALL that you can be.

My favorite slogan from fine living TV ... "live life like you mean it."

And a new one ... I bought an awesome book called the Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T Harv Ecker. As part of the deal, I received a free coaching call from a company called LIVE OUT LOUD.

Folks, believe it. I will continue to live my life OUT LOUD. And anyone who is willing to listen, learn, and come along for the ride ... is more than welcome.

Blessed be,

Jeremy Likness

Repost from BodyBlog

Well, it had been a long time since I visited my friends at BodyBlog.com, so I poked my head in and made a post ... here it is:

Hello!

It's been some time, but I do occassionally stick my head in and read the posts. It's awesome to see the community growing and thriving. Ron, thanks for the kind words — I sincerely appreciate you! Drop me a line sometime, would love to reconnect and find out what has happened along your journey.

This year is quite the year! I knew it would be the most abundant one so far, because my wife and I have really been focused on the positive. We've been working with successful coaches like Mike Litman and Jeffrey Combs to help us get out of our own way to really pursue our passion and vision. It is amazing how incredible life can be when you learn you truly get what you expect ... so when you focus on the positive and expect the best, this is what you will receive. I see many people locked into a cycle ... they feel weight loss is something to force, i.e. drop pounds, instead of realizing it is really about releasing the thoughts of self-sabotage that put the weight on in the first place. When you choose to live life by design, you can conquer those obstacles and overcome those "victim cards."

This year I was selected as the trainer for the Christian band, Daniel's Window for their Christian Music Makeover. It is a great group of people and it was exciting to put together some plans for several people at once, knowing they would be on the road and face challenges like having to stop at restaurants, etc. They are going to be on Total Living with Jerry Rose so I am flying out to Chicago in the beginning of April to shoot some "b-roll" demonstrating exercises, etc.

I also had my 5-CD set that I mentioned in my previous post re-mastered - we hired a professional voice over and had some music to fade in/out and redesigned the packaging to be a 5-tray set. That is also exciting because I was contacted by a TV-based retail network who is considering this set to sell on their show ... it's in the preliminary phases right now, they are reviewing the content and will get back to me.

I'm finalizing the editing of my e-Book - the page here is actually outdated, I changed the name to Lose Fat, Not Faith and updated the cover. I'm finished the second-to-last past before the final proof, and then will be sending out my query letters to find a publisher for print. I believe we have a solid case as it has sold in several countries already.

My daughter is having a great time with her tutoring program. Since my wife and I made the choice to work from home, we had the flexibility of deciding to home school our daughter. We ended up doing a compromise - she goes to a tutor program 4 days out of the week and it's like school except that it is individually paced. It is a small class - six students total, with Alyssa as the youngest at 5 years old and the oldest being about 12 I believe. Alyssa just finished her kindergarten math and is now working on 1st grade math, and is at a 2nd grade reading, science, and history level. We're excited to be able to pace her based on her skills and not have to hold her to a common denominator. This also gives us the flexibility to take her to piano lessons, dance, and gymnastics. She wants to drop dance, then add martial arts and swimming. We are pacing her and don't want her to get too overloaded or overwhelmed.

Now that my son's basketball season is over, Gordon is actively looking for a job. He has a lot of obligations. He pays his own car insurance and gas, and has his own checking account. We want him to be prepared when he ventures out on his own.

I don't know if I mentioned this, but my daughter actually has her own blog up at CountryCowgirlRodeo.com. She came up with the idea and I set it up. When she wants updates, she sits in my lap and types her updates and asks me if there are words she doesn't know how to spell. I've found that I only have to spell them out once or twice and she has them memorized. Of course, Daddy helps with uploading the pictures. My own blog is updated fairly consistently (I may miss a day here or there) at BlogSpot. One of the reasons I don't post here often is because when I do have the time, I post over there and never enjoyed doing duplicate posts all over the place.

My wife and I are headed out to Los Angeles the end of next week for a three-day seminar. Our network marketing business is really exploding, and this is part II of a series that profoundly changed my life. We each went to part I separately, and it impacted us in different ways. She obtained her real estate license and is doing great. We set a goal to own several properties within a few years - we've already had a few and it has been nothing but a blessing to receive the passive income and then cash out when they appreciate. It's definitely a great industry to be a part of. We are looking forward to Los Angeles — especially for the opportunity to spend more time with Ed Orlowski. He is an incredible member of the team and I'm excited to work with him and set some great goals to achieve this year. My daughter is very excited — she wants to go to our international convention in Salt Lake City this year (September) so we went ahead and booked her. There are thousands of associates who go, many of them stay-at-home parents like ourselves, who get to bring their children with them on their travels because of the flexibility of working from home. She'll make a lot of mini-entrepreneur friends there!

When the snow thawed here in the beautiful Black Hills, the retaining wall collapsed in one corner, so we have a company coming out to replace it. It used to be concrete, now we're going to use stacked stone. I can't wait until it's finished, because I've seen this company's work and they do a great job - I'll be sure to post some pictures.

We are going to spend about a month in Florida this summer. My parents live on the West Coast (St. Petersburg) and Doreen's parents live on the East Coast. We will probably fly into Ft. Lauderdale, have my in-laws watch the children and spend a romantic weekend, then after two weeks with them, go to the other coast and stay with my parents. I'm looking forward to it. We also have a trip planned to Colorado with one of those resorts where the ski slope is right there. I have never been skiing in Colorado, but after this season on the slopes here, I can't wait.

I'm trying to think of what other updates to share. We've just been blessed with spending time together, living a healthy lifestyle, and not having the stress of a commute or having to report to a boss. Time freedom is really priceless, because although I spent quite some time where my income was not what it was when I was a Director of IT, the time I got to share with my daughter and my wife is something I just never imagined.

I'm in the midst of doing several deals with the business. My ultimate dream and passion is to speak. I already have my weekly health and fitness podcast, which is something that I look forward to every week. In addition, I want to travel and speak at seminars. So, I'm building my network marketing business because that is the most leveraged income I have - one of the few business models where you can put in a tremendous effort up front, then receive residual rewards on the back end. I'm also taking Natural Physiques and building systems into it. I just outsourced my affiliate management and will be outsourcing other areas as well. This way, those streams of income can remain fairly self-sufficient and give me the time freedom to go out on the road and not DEPEND on my seminars as a source of revenue, but be able to host them and plug into the passion I have to share the vision of health, wellness, and freedom with others.

Wow - this was long-winded but it has been a while. I appreciate all of you and how powerful and supportive this community is. Keep up the great work and I'll quote you the little plaque I have sitting on my desk ...

When the Legends Die, the Dreams End, when the Dreams End, there is no More Greatness ... so never give up on your dreams!

... and what I read each time that I take a drink of coffee with a special mug Nicole E. sent me:

Go Confidently in the Direction of your Dreams. LIVE THE LIFE YOU IMAGINED.

And, of course, my new favorite from the Fine Living Network ...

LIVE LIFE LIKE YOU MEAN IT!

Blessed be,

Jeremy Likness

What a weekend!

Whew!

We decided yesterday to drive into Rapid City and celebrate a personal accomplishment of ours. We went to a nice Italian/Mediterranean restaurant. I had a dish that was lamb inside a light pastry with potato-stuffed pasta. It was decadent but delicious. My "treat" was a few squares of chocolate and a mocha latte at the local coffee shop.

We did some shopping for the home and the business. I purchased a 160 gig hard drive to back up my data and finally decided I've had it with StarOffice trying to convert documents, and bought the full version of Microsoft Office. Ahhh .. much better. Still getting used to the new e-mail. I also got a USB hub as my equipment list is growing. I got the microphone adapter I needed AND the new sound card. I can say that this coming podcast will be the best ... very clear quality now. First, it was the hum from the phone device - that was eliminated last week, but the sound card was shopping and distorting the signal. Now, with 24-bit digital coming in, it is crisp and clear. I can't wait to hear the results!

I've been doing quite a bit. The backup took 6 hours, I wrote a contract for some work I'm tasking out and am preparing for a special partnership I mentioned earlier (they require separate pages/databases for the campaign). I've also been working on my e-Book and getting the final edits in place. That is going much more quickly with Word 2003 now, just because it does a better job of generating PDF documents in combination with Acrobat than StarOffice could. I can turn out revisions in about 1/4 of the time now.

Not much else to say. I'm exhausted. From configuring my system, etc, I must admit - I was up until 4am. I felt out of sorts today, didn't stick 100% to plan. It's not that I ate unauthorized foods - I simply decided I would have a bit more carbs to get rid of some of the fog. I'm down 4 pounds the first week (consider a few of it water weight) and definitely notice the difference. Three weeks is going to be like night and day. I will take some pictures and post them to show the progress.

I'll probably change my workouts ... I was going to do 2-on-2-off-2-on-1 off but the weekends are just too much of a wild card. So I'll train Mon/Tue/Wed, take Thursday off (that's when I take my daughter to piano lessons) and then train Friday and take Saturday and Sunday off. We'll see how that works out! I'll do a cheat either on Saturday or Sunday and then focus on the higher protein/lower carbs on those days.

Well, there's not much more to post - didn't I share enough in the last one? LOL. I'm going to watch one of the DVDs we picked up ... great sale, so we got both of the Kill Bill series as well as the three Lord of the Rings, so I'm excited to relax and let my brain settle down for a bit. Tomorrow is our church day and then it's going to be a wild week with the launch of my affiliate program (it's already launched, but this will be with the company that is working with me to promote it and will come with a drawing, etc).

So ... I'm going to wrap up now.

Blessed be,

Jeremy Likness

Sore body, low carbs, and no winter to speak of

That's just a brief summary.

Actually, it's been far more interesting than that.

What have I been up to? I really had been consistent with posting daily, this past week has been a blur.

The lower carb regimen my own coach gave me has me feeling a little strange, but I do like the fact that I have timed carbohydrates post-workout. This means I haven't felt "weak" when training - in fact, I've felt phenomenal. Really doing some slow, methodic, strong repetitions and have been so sore I can barely lift my arms. That's not the half of it, however ... because I have legs tomorrow. I always have my most intense workouts with legs ... I expect to see spots.

This is the week of opportunity. My strategy for this year is to grow Natural Physiques in a leveraged fashion, meaning that I am not necessarily trading all of my time for the business growth. So, I began my outsourcing arrangement with an affiliate management and recruitment company. We're very excited to partner together and will be launching that initiative on Monday. What this means is that I'll have a team who will be working with other webmasters and companies to promote the Natural Physiques product line as affiliates. I've been spending quite some time researching sites and approaching their webmasters, so this will be tasked out. They also add more pizzaz to the program and do things I didn't have time for - for example, we'll be running a competition with prizes as an incentive for existing affiliates. That's just one example of how they'll benefit the program and expansion.

I was contacted by another company that works with larger affiliate networks - ones that reach millions of consumers. Their structure is very interesting. They take certain online products and run tests to consumers, then find the top performing products and take those on to distribute throughout the network. It's a pay-per-performance deal, meaning that I would only pay for distribution when sales are made. It is a larger scale than many of the other projects I've run. I have to write some special technology to manage the campaigns, so I'm quoting that now and will code that over the weekend, as they are looking to launch next week.

Finally, I was contacted by another firm that specializes in SEO. This is a unique situation, however. SEO is usually with you as a client - in other words, I would hire a company to search optimize my site. In this arrangement, however, they would essentially be working with third parties interested in being affiliates for my product. They will target key words for the affiliates to increase their sales (which would in turn increase mine).

I do not believe it is a coincidence that all three of these arrangements presented themselves within the same week. I am a firm believer in synchronicity. In the past, I would have had fear over moving into new directions, as some of these projects have substantial investments or set-up fees, etc. involved with them. However, I have learned to follow my gut as an entrepreneneur, and that what most people call expensive mistakes are in fact the most valuable lessons. I feel confident my investment of time and finances into these endeavors will create some massive activity these coming weeks, but only time will tell - and either way, I'll either be excited about the increased productivity, or armed with more knowledge of what not to do!

I might be losing my mind on this stricter nutrition regimen, but did I mention that the brand new and remastered Lose Fat, Not Faith Audio Set is now available? I'm excited about it. I hired my favorite banner designers to create an ad. These guys are incredible - inexpensive, fast, and I believe they produce quality work. Here is what the new banner looks like:

Lose Fat, Not Faith 5-CD Audio Set

Is it a sign that I am a bit of a "nerd" because I have all of the paths to my image files memorized? Whoosh.

I had some down time ... I was on a 10 gig per month plan, upped it to 20 gig but maxed that. The Become Your Best health and fitness podcast is increasing in circulation and popularity. Those 10 meg downloads are adding up! I talked with my webmaster and discussed whether I should move from the current, shared solution to a dedicated server. We both feel we are fine for now but once these projects roll out, we may end up having to get on load balanced servers rather quickly. It should not be difficult to build and migrate as it will all be in house at the facility.

Speaking of bandwidth, another leech of my bandwidth is the comment spammers. I turned off comments for awhile at the main site because they were being inundated with hits from the programs that post ads to poker sites, pharmacy sites, and all of the other spam that floats around and clogs up the Internet with it's worthlessness. Fortunately, there are plenty of people fighting back, and the content management system that I use to publish my articles has a plug-in to prevent these attacks. We installed it and opened up the comments. A test comment I sent made it through, the 60+ other comments from SPAM servers did not. So far, so good ... if you like to comment, the comments on the articles at the site are now open.

I did a long-overdue reorganization of my online coaching page. I wanted a new look and feel - done. I wanted a nice report that would describe exactly what online personal training is, and hired a firm to product that - done. Finally, I wanted to restructure the programs to give more people access. This meant increasing what I give to my affiliates while lowering the cost to the end user because people deserve to have quality online coaching. Due to the technology that I can leverage with the online coaching programs I am able to offer packages with those for $50 / month and less when customers order in larger blocks. I also changed my health coaching packages and believe I will reach more people with the new pricing structure.

I've got a newsletter to release soon. I've found quite a few articles to add to the site and am selecting some for the exclusive spot in the newsletter. I always love how the company that I partner with for pharmaceutical grade nutrition shares breaking health-related news. Speaking of that, I received this from a customer of mine:

"I have also tried many vitamin supplements in my day and now that you've turned me on to the [pharmaceutical grade multivitamin] brand, I believe they offer everything I'll ever need and I no longer look anywhere else for supplements. Everything I have purchased with them is absolutely first-rate. I'm using their hair care and skin products too. I have also taken the "5 day Fiber Cleanse" and as a matter of fact just placed another order this morning. My motivation was a trip to Jamaica I just returned from and prior to leaving, I dropped from 234 pounds to 218 pounds in 12 days! I can fit into my old clothes again! Having said that, the reason for this mornings order was that I took a few liberties with my diet while I was on vacation and I put some of that weight back on, but i am confident that in just a few weeks I'll break thru that 218 pound mark and reach a healthy weight that I will be able to maintain.

Thank you for all the quality information you have provided me with and I look forward to my new improved health with optimism. At age 41 I feel rejuvinated..."

Thanks, Dave D. - and congratulations. Feeling rejuvinated at 41 is AWESOME, isn't it?

Now THAT is exactly why I do this ... to hear awesome feedback and stories like that. You can browse at the links above, and then either contact me or enroll online to try out these awesome products. The skin care line comes with a 5-day sample kit for just around $20 ... but be careful if you order that, because I don't know too many who ever go back to what they were using before. Personally, I became involved with the company for the nutrition line, but my wife insisted I tried the skin care and, lo and behold, it served a purpose for me ... two, actually. First, I HATE sunscreen and my dermatologist told me to wear it every day. The face lotion (daily emulsion) actually comes with sunblock and I love using that, and have yet to get a burn while I'm wearing it, even though it is only SPF 15 and I was used to having to glob on SPF 45. Also, I've had eczema around my eyebrows and nose, and even flakes on the sides of my cheeks. Since regularly using the skin care line, those are completely and 100% gone. I can always tell when I get lazy and stop doing my daily regimen because the redness and flakes start to come back.

I really have a blast training my team and am always looking for entrepreneurs interested in something leveraged like this. It's definitely not for everyone, so those interested should take a look here and then only contact me if you feel you qualify and have the courage to try something new.

That reminds me, I got off on a tangent ... the reasaon I've been building systems and outsourcing part of my main business is because I choose to focus more on the opportunity I just mentioned. I really did some soul searching and realize that this is the key for me to grow this company and reach more people. By building teams, I don't just share my passion for health and wellness, but I have the added advantage of giving people the same type of freedom I have - to not have to drive into an office or answer to a boss. This is also very leveraged, and there is just no other business I can find where you can create the type of leveraged income I have experienced - literally receiving paychecks even in weeks I don't directly work on the business. This will be a way to fund more projects like boot camps and seminars for Natural Physiques, and to reach more people as is my ultimate goal. As long as the majority of Americans are overweight or obese, I feel Natural Physiques truly hasn't reached its potential because when we do, this epidemic will be a memory.

WOW! It is really late, isn't it? That's what I get for not posting every day ... instead of a few normal sized blogs, here I am spilling out pages and pages. If only I could write articles and edit my e-Book that fast! This flows more naturally for me ... although I have made progress on the e-Book edit, and may just burn some midnight oil and wrap it in the next several days. With the new anticipated activity, I want to have these final edits to present! Anyone who has purchased it in the past will, of course, receive an update.

I guess the last tidbit is that I received my external sound device so my recordings should have even more quality. Wouldn't you know - I ordered the wrong line recorder, so I had to visit Radio Shack and get a combiner for my phone line to plug it in. Now I have the digital sound device, and lo and behold, they have a monitor-sized line input when the phone device has a mic-sized one (sorry, techies, I don't speak the technical jargon when it comes to the sizes of these things, I just know I plug a into b and flip the switch on c to record). So, it'll be back to my favorite miscellaneous parts store to pick up an adapter and then I should be golden to record clean for this coming Monday's call.

Haven't you read enough already? LOL. I should get some SERIOUS sleep as I have legs coming up tomorrow.

Thanks for taking the time to let me share a bit of my life with you. I wish you health and abundance.

Blessed be,

Jeremy Likness

The Third Month of the Year!

WOW! Are we already to the third month of the year?

That's amazing.

I'm exciting about the months to come.

This weekend, we spent our usual day at church with my grandparents. We then went shopping. It turns out that Doreen and I did not make the wisest investment a few years back — we suffer from what we jokingly refer to as the "bowl syndrome" - basically, a mattress that has caved in the middle. It was purchased at a place in Atlanta so the cost of shipping would probably be more expensive than buying a new one, even though it is under warranty. When we moved here, we purchased a new mattress for Gordon's bed and that is an awesome mattress, so we went to the same company (Denver Mattress). We also took care of the excuse for a mattress in our hideaway bed in the family room - it was pretty much useless, so we got a new one.

The mattress we ordered was not in stock, but it should come this Friday. We did leave with some pillows and the hideaway mattress, which is awesome. We noticed an improvement just with the firmer pillows even on the bowl bed, so I'm excited when we get the entire new mattress. Sleep is so important and a lot of people create alignment issues and even suffer headaches simply from not investing in quality sleep!

Monday, I began my new cutting program. I was so excited that I covered Achieving Low Body Fat in my weekly coaching call. As I mentioned on my online personal training page, even personal trainers hire their own coaches. For a number of reasons, I chose to hire someone named Chris "SwoleCat" to construct a program for me. So far, so good ... it's not what I'd consider a lifestyle program, but certainly for the next four weeks, I'm excited to see the body composition changes that come about.

So, what does my program look like? Here's a typical day ...

Wake up at 5:45 and have a cup of coffee.

At 6:15, spend 45 minutes on the treadmill. I put it at maximum incline and walk 2 - 2.5 miles.

Come upstairs, have breakfast - 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites with 1 oz of jack cheese mixed in.

Next meal? 40g of whey protein powder with 1 tbsp flaxseed oil mixed in

Next meal? About 5 oz of lean (buffalo) steak with a cup of veggies and 1 tsp of olive oil drizzled on

Next meal? The 40g protein / flax shake

Then I hit the gym ... yesterday's workout was:

4 x 8 reps bent-over rows, 312 tempo (don't know what tempo is? Read this article.)
4 x 8 reps wide-grip pull-downs, 312 tempo
4 x 10 reps dead-lift, regular tempo
4 x 15 - 20 reps shrug burn-out sets

Whew! I feel it. Then it was the hot tub. Dinner was a shake I made to accomodate 30g protein and 60g carbs, but in the future we'll be doing whole foods, more like my last meal: 4oz drained water-packed tuna with 9 oz sweet potato.

That's a day in the life! I'll keep everyone posted with my progress on a weekly basis.

I also had the report I contracted an indepenedent firm to write on online personal training - it is a free download, 15 pages long. If you go to the coaching page, you'll see the link to download it. I found it quite interesting - for example, I didn't know that the Journal of the American Medical Association had actually published a paper indicating that people achieve superior results with online personal training than they do with face-to-face trianing! Very interesting, indeed.

Speaking of which, I have a few new clients to develop programs for, so I'm off. I do have some good news as well, I am in touch with the creator of the Nutrition Generator software and we are looking into me buying resell rights so that I might include that as part of my coaching packages. This would allow me to provide both online training and nutrition for less than $60/month - I can do that now, but it's two separate purchases. This deal would combine them into one package and may give me the ability to lower the rate.

So, it's a beautiful day - I'm sore and stiff, but it's time to produce!

Oh, before I go ... did I even mention that I finalized the updates for the Lose Fat, Not Faith 5-CD Audio Set? Instead of five separate discs in clear sleeves, there is now a unified look and feel and the package comes as a single box with the sleeves inside that you flip through to browse the CDs. Listen to the second audio sample for a taste of the professional voice over and music intro we had done.

Have a blessed and abundant day,

Jeremy Likness
