Training Books
Training is an incredibly complex endeavor. If it were easy, there would be no strength coaches or physical preparation consultants and everyone would experience the gains in muscle size, speed, coordination, or other skills they desire. The truth is that the human body is extremely complex, and is a lifetime study of adaptation and changing stimulus. Therefore, I spent a lot of time understanding our body and the stimulus of training. This is not an exhaustive list, and is no substitute for actual experience - I have learned much of what I know through simply trying out routines and observing the results. I am also still very much a student - I will be learning for the rest of my life. If you decide to embark upon a similar journey, these books may lead you well on your way!
