What do you think of low-sugar orange juice for losing fat?
If your goal is weight loss, drinking your calories is the worse way to sabotage your progress, even when you go "low sugar" etc. Focus on drinking water.
You like orange juice? Try buying actual oranges and eating them - not only do you get the flavor and nutrients, but the fiber and other healthy factors as well.
If you are maintaining or gaining, then don't sweat the sugar as it is simply a question of calories. Provided you combine it with proteins, healthy fats, and/or fiber, it's not going to be a big deal. Sugar in and of itself is not "evil" but if you are simply drinking orange juice by itself, then it's a problem.
