Aren't eggs bad for fat loss?

Your eggs - whites and yolks both - should be fine. There is nothing magic about fat when cutting - in fact, a common mistake is for people to cut too much fat, and then they lose muscle mass and get severe cravings.

With eggs, the yolk is where some of the best protein is. Personally, instead of swapping from one extreme to the next, why not compromise - switch from 4 whole eggs to 2 whole eggs and 3 or 4 egg whites?
