My knees are sore. Should I take glocosamine, chondritin, and MSM?
The best thing for my knees was not glucosamine, but pharmaceutical grade grapeseed extract. Even after training and eating healthy for years, when I came to ski back in Februray, my knees ached. I started taking 90mg of pharmaceutical grade grapeseed extract daily, and now I've gone to the slopes at least a half dozen times and no knee pain whatsoever.
