How effective are growth hormone pills?
HGH injected with needles can work wonders, as can steroids. Both are illegal.
The only legal HGH I know of is oral. The problem is, oral HGH doesn't work. The molecule is too large - your body ends up breaking it down to amino acids, so in the end you are just getting expensive protein.
