What is the best time of day to train?

The best time to train is when you have the most energy and will do it consistently.

People can rage and debate all they want, but the fact is, I have seen people who are completely shredded who have trained morning, evening, middle of the day - it doesn't matter. The best time for you is when you will give your training 110% and will do it consistently.
