How should my workouts change when I am cutting?
There really is no difference in training from cutting to bulking. Some people may add more cardio so they burn more calories and therefore can eat more food while cutting. Training is essentially the same. If anything, you might decrease the volume and/or intensity of strength training somewhat so that you do not overtrain while restricting your calories.
The main key to cutting is nutrition.
I have worked with power-lifters, bodybuilders, triathletes, bicyclists, you name it. Different workouts, different frequencies, different levels of intensity, but one thing in common - when ready to cut, it meant adjusting nutrition.
