Is it true you can't burn fat doing high intensity cardio?

I love high intensity cardio. Never was a fan of fasting morning cardio. When I do low intensity cardio, I always have something to eat before hand - usually a high fiber shake with healthy fats.

Nothing is more exciting to me than a short 20 minute session on the treadmill going from 6mph to 10mph on an incline! Didn't do too bad with cutting ... some might argue I could gain a bit of muscle, but I'm happy with my physique.
