There was a tragedy reported on the news and I am so sad. How can I possibly workout?

It is indeed a sad state of affairs to see this (or “that”) happened. However, I also have some advice ... please take this in the spirit it is offered.

Every day, there are thousands of incidences that happen. Many of them are deplorable. If you really wish to seek them out, you can find them - stories of death, murder, abuse, animal cruelty, you name it, it's out there.

And, every day, you can choose to let someone else take away your power - so that you can take on sorrow like this, and use it to drain the energy from your day ...

Or, you can focus on something besides negative news, something powerful, uplifting, and positive.
It doesn't serve the victims for you to be sad and feel negative. It doesn't help the person who did this to them.

Living positive and setting the example of someone empowered to be happy and live healthy is far more powerful - and that example can actually lift others and take negative people and inspire them to turn positive.

Do yourself a favor, stay away from the news and tabloids that are serving you this garbage because they do nothing, nada, zilch except drain your energy and, as you mentioned, create an emotion you don't deserve because you choose to take on pain that won't serve the situation.

I know this may not be politically correct, and there are some people who must have their fix because it is "so important" to stay tuned into energy-draining events they have no control over, but perhaps this is a que to you to take more control and choose to be happy, not sad!
