Definite red flag. Perhaps it is great you lost weight, provided it is not due to some condition. Things like stomach parasites, etc, can contribute to weight loss.

Regardless, you should have it checked by a medical professional. And, even if there isn't a problem, you would certainly want to consider adding exercise and changing your nutrition.

Dropping weight is fine, but the number two leading cause of preventable death in the U.S. in the year 2000 was poor diet and lack of exercise (smoking was number one.) This means plenty of people with attractive corpses, who didn't feel the need to live healthy because they weren't overweight.
