How much fat can I lose in a week?

Females can lose about 0.5 - 1 percent of their body weight each week in fat, and males are more 1 - 2 percent.

So at 200 pounds, a woman can expect to drop 1 - 2 pounds of fat per week and a man about 2 - 4 pounds of fat per week. There is no clinical, scientific study to support this, this is just obersvation based on my years coaching along with partnering with other coaches who have been at it for decades.
