Interview with Rob "Former Fat Guy" Cooper

Rob has been dieting since he was in the 5th grade. Rob reached 320lbs by the 12th grade and reached a peak of 475 a short two years later. Rob went on to drop nearly 300 pounds and then began a fitness program leading to a gain in over 50 pounds of muscle. Once addicted to drugs and alcohol, now enjoys an active lifestyle including backpacking, mountain climbing, bodybuilding, martial arts and skydiving.
