In my experience, these are the top ten (10) major mistakes many people make when trying to lose a lot of fat. More importantly than avoiding these mistakes, however, is focusing on the positive changes that you can make to take you closer to your goal.A friend of mine, Cory Babstock (see above) started at 300 pounds.
